1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your IPFP shoes, you may return them within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn outdoors
  • Items with visible signs of use or damage
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

5. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges: If you’re exchanging for a different size or color, we’ll cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on current inventory.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, the order enters processing and may not be eligible for cancellation.
